A new way to extend L&D's influence
We're thrilled to announce the launch of a new role, Group Admin, that widens the influence of L&D and evangelizes learning across your organization. From tracking a group’s learning analytics, to nudging team members to take specific courses beneficial to their development needs, Group Admins are empowered to push your company toward your learning goals. New courses in soft skills
We're deepening our investment in soft skills content to help your employees build upon those skills that pay dividends no matter their role, including communication, leadership, teamwork, and more. This spring, we're adding over 30 such courses to Udemy for Business. As a starting point, we highly recommend Patty McCord's Build a Culture of Freedom and Responsibility — a fantastic distillation of the former Netflix exec's singular perspective on workplace culture.
